East Clive and west Clive

Clive stretches east to west along Hickman Road and I-80/35, with the Greenbelt Trail following Walnut Creek through the middle of it. The east end near 73rd and 86th Streets was built out in the 1960s and 1970s: ranches, split-foyers and two-stories on block or early poured foundations. West of 128th Street, into Dallas County, the housing is 1990s and 2000s.
